Description

We help individuals, adolescents, and families manage and cope with current problems and concerns while promoting good mental and physical health. We specialize in working with life transitions, grief and loss, aging concerns, school adjustments and anxieties, caregiver stress, parenting issues, depression, bipolar, family work, and trauma. We also have experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.
