Shopper's Code of Conduct
To enhance everyone's enjoyment at the Center please observe the following:
1. Anyone under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian after 10:00 pm.
2. Shoppers must keep moving in an orderly fashion through the Center and not block walkways or store entrances. Groups of four (4) or more may be dispersed at property management’s discretion.
3. Obscene or offensive language, loud music or noise, or loud or boisterous behavior that is disrupting to other guests will not be permitted.
4. Running, inappropriate behavior, vandalism, fighting, littering, or any unacceptable conduct in the Center will be grounds for ejection from the premises.
5. For shopper safety, skateboarding, rollerblading, roller skating, scooters, ATVs, unapproved golf carts, Segways, riding boards or other hands-free mobility devices are not allowed.
6. Bicycle riding is not allowed on sidewalks.
7. Speeding, unsafe driving, parking or standing in a fire lane, or overnight parking is not permitted.
8. Selling of merchandise outside of any store is not permitted. Panhandling is not permitted.
9. When conditions contribute to an overflow of juveniles, property management reserves the right to disperse or eject individuals and/or groups.
10. Proper clothing is required at all times which includes shoes and shirts. The wearing of any items of clothing that might be interpreted as offensive or gang related is prohibited.
11. Individuals of school age are expected to be in attendance at school during the hours that their respective schools are in session or otherwise in transit to or from.
12. Firearms and weapons of any sort are not permitted on property. The use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs (or other controlled substances) or fireworks is prohibited.
13. Consumption of alcoholic beverages in common areas, outside of tenant patios, or parking lots is prohibited unless prior approval has been given by property management as part of a special event.
14. Pets must be on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended. Pets are not allowed in landscape beds. Pet owners are expected to clean up after their pets at all times. Pets that are overly aggressive, or perceived to be a threat to the safety and comfort of other guests, may be asked to leave the premises.
15. Photographing or videotaping the interior or exterior of Redmond Town Center for commercial purposes is not permitted.
16. No soliciting, interviewing, handbilling, commercial advertising or distribution of such material is permitted on the property, including parking lots, without prior approval from property management. No events of any kind are permitted without prior written approval from property management.
17. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Redmond Town Center retains the right to modify this policy based upon the best interest of the community, our stores, and our guests.
Violators of any of the above conditions may subject the violator to arrest or citation and subsequent criminal prosecution for criminal trespass or burglary pursuant to “RMC 9.36.040-Trespass and Related Crimes” and “RCW 9A.52-Burglary and Trespass.” We have filed a letter with the Redmond Police Department authorizing officers to take appropriate enforcement action if they observe any of the above violations or any criminal.
