Location: Sharetea Redmond RTC, WA Hours: 4:30 PM – Closing (~10 PM, may vary) Pay: Hourly, based on experience & availability
About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Evening Shift Lead who will work alongside the team as a barista while taking charge of evening operations and closing duties. The owner is looking for someone with strong accountability, excellent customer service skills, and a team player attitude.
Responsibilities:
Work as a barista: prepare boba, tea, and specialty drinks according to Sharetea standards
Lead evening shift operations and support the team during busy hours
Complete all closing duties: cleaning, prep, cash out, stock checks, and store organization
Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment
Guide and support other baristas to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
Prior experience in boba, coffee, or food & beverage preferred
Strong accountability, customer service, and leadership skills
Able to work evening shifts regularly
Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
