About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Evening Shift Lead who will work alongside the team as a barista while taking charge of evening operations and closing duties. The owner is looking for someone with strong accountability, excellent customer service skills, and a team player attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Work as a barista: prepare boba, tea, and specialty drinks according to Sharetea standards
- Lead evening shift operations and support the team during busy hours
- Complete all closing duties: cleaning, prep, cash out, stock checks, and store organization
- Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment
- Guide and support other baristas to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in boba, coffee, or food & beverage preferred
- Strong accountability, customer service, and leadership skills
- Able to work evening shifts regularly
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
