Q: Where are gift cards accepted at Redmond Town Center?A: Gift cards can be used at all merchant locations at Redmond Town Center except 24 Hour Fitness, American Eagle, Big 5, Marriott/Sear Resaurant, and Subway. They are not valid at the Creekside Crossing merchant locations.
Q: What is the minimum gift card amount available for purchase?A: Cards may be purchased in amounts from $5 to $500 per card.
Q: How do you find out the balance on the gift card?A: The value of the gift card can be written on the back of the card and may be listed with the materials that came with the gift card at the time of purchase. Other options include calling the number on the back of the gift card, checking online at www.getmybalance.com, or visit Redmond Town Center's Guest Services Office during mall hours.
Q: What if the card is declined?A: If a transaction is declined, the customer should check the balance on the card. Then let the cashier know the balance on the card and inquire on that store's split tender transaction policy.
Q: How are returns, exhanges, or disputes handled for purchases made with the gift card?A: Merchants may credit gift cards, subject to their own return policy, back to the original gift card. For this reason, it is important for customers to keep gift cards and receipts. Funds credited by the merchant will be available within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed. If the gift card is not present, the merchant may issue store credit, a store gift card or exchange based upon their store policies. Please note, that voided tranaction may take up to 7 days to be credited back to the gift card's available balance.

Q: Can the cardholder re-load the gift card by putting more money on it?A: No, the gift card is not re-loadable. However, returns and credits can be applied.

Q: Can gift cards be personalized or embossed with recipient's name?A: No. One of the safety features of the gift card is its consistent appearance. At this time, gift cards cannot be personalized or embossed with any recipients name.
Q: Can the gift card be used online, for mail orders, or phone purchases?A: No. The gift card will decline if these types of purchases are attempted. The gift card can only be used in person at Redmond Town Center merchant locations.
Q: Can balances from multiple gift cards be combined on to one gift card?A: Yes, to do so please contact Redmond Town Center Guest Services or call the number on the back of the gift card for more information.
Q: What should a customer do with the gift card once funds are depleted?A: Keep the gift card, even after the balance is depleted, in case items need to be returned. A merchant may ask a customer to present the card as proof of purchase.
Q: Why can't I purchase a gift card in my state?A: Due to regulation, cards cannot be purchased from or shipped to the following states: CT, HI, ME, NH, NJ, VT, NY.
