A: Gift cards can be used at all restaurant and retailers at Redmond Town Center except American Eagle, Big 5, Restoration Hardware Outlet and Subway. Please inquire directly with health and fitness merchants. They are not valid at Redmond Town Center hotels and Creekside Crossing merchant locations.
A: No, the gift cards funds do not expire. However, a $3.00 fee will be deducted monthly from the Card balance starting 1st day after 1 year of inactivity and monthly thereafter. Using your card to make even one small purchase during the year will avoid incurring this monthly fee. This fee is charged by the financial institution who manages this gift card system and is standard for multi-location gift cards.
A: No, once cards are purchased we are not able to refund.
A: Keep the gift card, even after the balance is depleted, in case items need to be returned. A merchant may ask a customer to present the card as proof of purchase.

A: No. The gift card will decline if these types of purchases are attempted. The gift card can only be used in person at Redmond Town Center merchant locations.
A: No. One of the safety features of the gift card is its consistent appearance. At this time, gift cards cannot be personalized or embossed with any recipient’s name.
A: No, cards cannot be used at any ATM location.

A: No, the gift card is not re-loadable. However, returns and credits can be applied.
A: Transaction history is available through www.getmybalance.com.
A: Merchants may credit gift cards, subject to their own return policy, back to the original gift card. For this reason, it is important for customers to keep gift cards and receipts. Funds credited by the merchant will be available within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed. If the gift card is not present, the merchant may issue store credit, a store gift card or exchange based upon their store policies. Please note, that voided transaction may take up to 7 days to be credited back to the gift card’s available balance.
A: If a transaction is declined, the customer should check the balance on the card. Then let the cashier know the balance on the card and inquire on that store’s split tender transaction policy.
A: The value of the gift card can be written on the back of the card and may be listed with the materials that came with the gift card at the time of purchase. Other options include calling the number on the back of the gift card, checking online at www.getmybalance.com, or visit Redmond Town Center’s Guest Services Office during mall hours.
A: Cards may be purchased in amounts from $5 to $500 per card.
A: Due to regulation, cards cannot be purchased from or shipped to the following states: CT, HI, ME, NH, NJ, VT, NY.
