Hong Noodle references Master chef – Jun Hong’s name and his signature silky pork bone broth, rich and delicious from the variety of tares and types of noodle made on-site. The noodles aren’t the true straight type, but rather slightly wavy, catching more of the broth with each slurp.
It’s quite the canvas upon which to lay down a delicious custom bowl of ramen. Red ginger and ground sesame seeds are essential additions, with garlic, bean sprouts, chili powder, chili oil, and a soy sauce tare providing other solid flavor options. Fresh gyoza goes well with the ramen and so good idea to order extra chashu.
