FitFest in Center Court

Bring your buddies on Sunday, July 29 to enjoy one or several outdoor 30-minute mini fitness classes, taught by motivating instructors from the most popular fitness studios. Take everything from yoga to HIIT and barre to boxing. Browse fitness pop-up shops, enter-to-win giveaways, and take advantage of day-of membership/class discounts.

The first 300 attendees receive a FitFest event swag bag. Reserve your spot – space is limited. Bring water, towel and mat. Take one or several classes. Arrive early to check-in to each class and shop our pop-up vendors before, during or after the event.

Redmond Town Center is home to eight life-changing and aspiring fitness studios! This is your chance to try them out and see how fun it could be to invest in your health and wellness. And, feel great knowing your event fee is helping support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Each class is 30 minutes with a 15 minute break between classes.

Get a 30-minute sample of our classic ride – interval based riding to the rhythm of music! Imagine a party on a bike meets a really great workout! Bring water.

HIIT & Mini Bands

Join us for an awesome 25-minute HIIT Workout! We will use mini bands and body weight to get your heart rate up and your motivation soaring! Open to all! Please bring a yoga mat & water!

9:30 a.m. 

Orangetheory Fitness

Backed by the science of Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (or EPOC), Orangetheory’s training is designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. We call it the afterburn. Our members burn an estimated 500 to 1,000 calories in 60 minutes, and keep burning calories for up to 36 hours. At Orangetheory Fitness Redmond we are results driven, community based, and changing lives. Bring water and a yoga mat.

A low-impact, total body workout that is suitable for all levels, beginners to advanced. It is the fastest and most efficient way to reshape the entire body.

Hot Yoga Experience 
Power Vinyasa
REGISTER
Power Vinyasa is comprised of a series of postures in a flowing sequence that helps you to have a mind body connection. This practice will stimulate neuromuscular adaptation and it encourages a balance between strength and flexibility.

11:45 a.m. 

TITLE Boxing Club Redmond
Mittfest meets FitFest
REGISTER – 30 person maximum
Join our newest fitness studio for this fun, Trainer led series of mitt work and shadow boxing techniques. We’ll provide the equipment. Please bring water!
