Redmond Town Center is home to six life-changing fitness studios! Bring your pals on Sunday, August 13 to enjoy one or more outdoor fitness classes taught by their motivating instructors. Browse fitness pop-up shops, enter-to-win giveaways, take advantage of day-of membership/class discounts, and prizes. The first 300 attendees receive a FitFest event swag bag. ┬áReserve your spot - space is limited. Bring water, towel and mat. Take one or more classes.

Event proceeds benefit Raven Rock Ranch, a Redmond-based non-profit organization pairing at-risk youth with rescued horses, transforming the youth and horse in a bond of trust that leads to mental and physical recovery.

Join FIT4MOM for a HIIT 50-minute workout. Everyone is welcome! Our team will coach you through a great workout, meditation and stretch. Bring a yoga mat and water.

9 a.m.
Orangetheory Fitness

Full Body Interval

Full body interval training workout, scientifically proven to stimulate metabolism, burn up to 1000 calories in one hour, accelerate toning and weight loss, and lose up to 8 pounds per week. Bring water, hand towel and a yoga mat!

10 a.m.
The Bar Method

Total Body

Sculpt a lean, sexy and toned physique with this one-hour, non-impact total body workout. It starts with a warm-up, free-weight exercises and push-ups and then moves on to intense, isometric leg work at the bar (improvised with chairs for this class), followed by abdominal work at the bar and on mats. Every exercise includes active stretching to elongate the targeted muscles. Bring water, hand towel and a yoga mat!

Take this fun, modified yoga class and enjoy some of the amazing benefits, including expanding your capacity to breathe deeply and fully, preventing injury, weight loss or gain depending on your body's needs, improvement in posture, lengthening and strengthening of muscles and increased flexibility. Bring a towel, yoga mat and water!

High Energy Classic Ride

Take a high-energy ride in Center Court with CycleBar! The three key ingredients to a successful cycling experience: great instructors, great music, and a great environment - we've got all three! Bring a towel and a buddy!
